Welcome to our new website
The new website is designed to be a valuable source of information and resources. It also ensures openness and transparency.
Thank you for taking the time to view our new website. We hope you will like it and find the information about the EEA and Norway Grants that you are looking for.
Through the EEA and Norway Grants, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway provide funding to 15 EU countries in central and southern Europe. The Grants aim to reduce economic and social disparities and to strengthen bilateral relations. A wide range of stakeholders are involved in the donor countries, the beneficiary countries and in Brussels. With this new website, we hope to provide our stakeholders with easy access to the information they need to get involved.
The following is a quick guide to some of the key features:
Regular news updates with information on funding opportunities, results and reports from events and programmes.
Information about the EEA and Norway Grants – history and organisation – and contact details for the donor countries, their secretariat in Brussels (Financial Mechanism Office) and National Focal Points in the beneficiary countries.
Here you will find a good visual overview of the programmes within the different priority sectors. Through a dynamic programmes search you will get a shortcut to information about what programmes are available in what countries and the possibility of directly accessing these.
This section gives you a quick and visual overview of the 15 countries we work with and access to individual country pages.
The guide for applicants informs about the application procedure, partnerships possibilities and how to find out what programmes are available in each country. You will also find a searchable open calls calendar.
Here you will find useful information about the bilateral aspect of the grants, such as information on national bilateral funds, an overview of partner entities from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, a step-by-step guide on how to become or involve partners in a project and other useful documents.
Results based information on how the EEA and Norway Grants are spent.
This section also provides links to relevant documents, guidance and advice that may be of use for programme operators, donor programme partners and national Focal Points in the preparation of programmes, monitoring and evaluation, communication activities and reporting on results.
