6 new job vacancies
The Financial Mechanism Office, which administers the EEA and Norway Grants on behalf of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, now has six vacancies within finance, communication, civil society, countries and donor support. We are also looking for new trainees.
Within the coming six months period, six positions need to be filled in the FMO, mostly due to current contracts coming to an end. This should be an exciting period to join our organisation as some 140 EEA and Norway Grants programmes are being established across the 15 countries in Central and Southern Europe which benefit from these grants. Programmes are being set up in the areas of environment and climate change, civil society, human and social development, cultural heritage and cultural exchange, research and scholarships, decent work and justice and home affairs.
The vacancies announced are:
• Head of Finance
• Financial Controller
• (Senior) Sector Officer for Civil Society
• Country Officer
• Communication Officer
• Senior Officer (support to Financial Mechanism Committee)
We are also recruiting new trainees for a 10 month period from 1 September 2012. Read about our traineeships.
