Lithuania: Matchmaking seminar “Children and youth at risk”
The Lithuanian Ministry of Social Security as the programme operator of the Children and youth at risk programme organises a conference in order to explore and plan joint projects for developing child day-care centres and open youth centres in Lithuania. Parts of the conference will be set aside for matchmaking between Lithuanian entities and potential partners.
The children and youth at risk programme in Lithuania seeks to prevent risks and improve the well-being of the most vulnerable children and youth. Supporting child-care centres as well as youth centres in the most deprived municipals are among the main priorities of the programme. It also supports the establisment of a centre for child victims of sexual abuse.
