Description

Bread is a basic food product. In modern society, came to life frozen bakery sector, where the bread is produced in the factory, and frozen. The level of innovation of the project, is the use of new high-efficient production line equipment and efficient use of green energy. After implementation, production will be fully automated and storage will be using green energy from solar panels . For energy savings in daylight deposits are cooled down to -35, in the night, solar panels don`t generate power, the freezer will be stopped so no energy will be consumed. Deposits will start to warm-up, from -35 to-20 in half day, and the product stored will not be affected. Next day the cycle is repeated. The method is used to store energy in low temperature, not in battery which pollute the nature, have a short life and are costly. Waste management will be done through the delivery of the raw ingredients that will be ordered in tanks, in bulk form and will be discharged directly into vertical silos

Summary of project results

The company needs have been to increase the production capacity of bakery frozen products. For this goal a new larger factory has been built, in their existing location. With this limitation in mind and also with the challenge of making a high efficient factory and a good waste management the project has been achieved and all targets have been started. One of the main aspects of the project consisted in reduction of waste and also reduction of polluting energy consumption by using green energy and conserve it in our frozen storage solution and usage of green refrigerant agent. This stage has been completed and the new system to cool down and refrigerate products is based on reusing CO2. The main achieved results consist of savings in conventional energy by investing in new equipment which are more efficient.
