Description
The Project Promoter is confronted with problems related to productivity, quality and environmental protection. The general objective of this project is “Implementation of the mass production of a new range of eco-innovative, premium efficiency class electric motors”, which aims at improving the quality, the productivity and the environmental aspects.The project is expected to remove the gas porosities from cage-motor subunits, to have a semi-automatic process, to decrease toxic emissions, electricity consumption and methane consumption by at least of 10% and creating 7 new „ecological” workplaces in the production process. The project will benefit Electroprecizia Electrical Motors and its employees, the shareholders, the production equipment supplying companies, Internal/external customers, Suppliers of raw materials, the local community and the end consumer of IE3 products.
Summary of project results
The project was needed in order to increase competitiveness and improve environmental impact of the production. The project consisted in: Refurbishment / preparation of the production of the production area for repairing the hall in order to produce new products, IE3 electric motors; Purchasing and installation of 3 different aluminum die casting machines(400TF, 6SOTF and 800TF); Purchasing and installation new exhaust equipment; Purchasing and installation of an X-Ray cabinet ; Purchasing of new stamping tools; All planned activities have been implemented successfully and project objective was achieved: implementation of mass production of a new range of eco-innovative, high efficiency electric motors. The expected impacts are reduced toxic exhaust in the atmosphere and in working environment together with improvement of company competitiveness. 7 new green jobs has been created in the company thanks to this project.
