Description

The project caters for the youth who wants to spend time together as well as reveal and develop their own talents at the same time, and addresses the need of so-called “high-culture” institutions to redefine their image and ppeal to a broader audience. The aim of the project is to stimulate creativity of its participants, develop their cultural competence and increase cultural participation, as well as to boost mobility of artists. The project will result in a dance performance to Polish and Norwegian music with choreography designed by talented young generation artists, issuing photography and poster brochures and publications on cultural education and the project as well as organising two exhibitions. The target groups of the project are: youth aged 16-19, students, art educators, decision-makers at various levels and people from Poland and Norway. The established partnership is an opportunity to share experience and inspire further educational activities.

Summary of project results

Summary of bilateral results

The partner was involved in all activities, including organisational, technical and content-related aspects of the project. He provided designers/ artists, technical crew, rehearsal rooms and the stage for the performance. He also ran workshops with youth and leads the promotional campaign. Partnership was an opportunity to share experience in the field of cultural education, learn the work organisation system of the opera and conditions for cultural activity in our countries. It was source for inspiration for future projects as well as artistic collaboration between both institutions.
