The Central Project Management Agency and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania are pleased to invite to the opening event of the Culture Programme.
During the opening event, the Culture Programme shall be presented, including an outline of the funding areas and special concerns, and an overview of the objectives and expected results.
The venue for this event is not a random selection. The restoration of this building and its adaptation for cultural and public needs were partly financed by the 2009-2014 EEA Grants. With this choice, the organisers with to emphasize not only long-term cooperation with the donor states, but also the continuity of activities and the sustainability of results.
