Local and regional initiatives to reduce inequalities and promote social inclusion - applying for funding

Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway support local and regional initiatives to reduce inequalities and promote social inclusion in six beneficiary countries - Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. The programmes fund a portfolio of projects.

Who can apply for funding?

Only entities registered in the countries with this programme can apply. Specific criteria and target groups are defined in the call for proposals. These may include, inter alia, local and regional government bodies, educational institutes, primary and secondary schools.

How can I get involved as a partner?

To enhance knowledge exchange and mutual learning, partnerships between organisations in the donor and beneficiary countries are widely encouraged. Funding is available to support networking and foster project partnerships.

The Council of Europe (CoE) is a partner in the programmes in Romania and Slovakia.
