Invitation to bid: Mid-term review of the EEA and Norway Grants

Launched by the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) - the secretariat of the EEA and Norway Grants - the review shall gather lessons learned and best practices in the implementation of the programme model and provide recommendations on how to make it more efficient and effective in the future.

The main purpose of the mid-term review is to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the Grants at the current stage of implementation. This mid-term review should provide the Donors and the FMO, the donor partners and the beneficiary states with information that is relevant for the implementation of the current Grants and for future programming.
