Puppet Theatre Performance - ''The Blue Planet'

From 16-22 September, Miniatura City Theatre from Gdańsk, Poland will visit Iceland with ‘The Blue Planet’, a performance funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the ‘Promotion of culture and arts within European cultural heritage programme’ in Poland.

The performance is the Polish premiere of the play by Andri Snær Magnason, a famous contemporary Icelandic writer.

It is a theatre adaptation of the widely acclaimed ‘The Story of the Blue Planet’, which is translated into more than 30 languages. It tells the story of a planet inhabited exclusively by children, where one day the first adult appears, a space vacuum-cleaner salesman, Jolly Gooday.

The project receives €120 966 from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
